We know well that this is a multi-year program.  Our approach focuses on resolving systemic problems of the industry rather than on implementing a particular technology. Our roadmap provides a stepped approach to ensure we collaboratively and methodically migrate to Web3 while addressing the biggest inefficiencies of the travel industry today.

One of the main obstacles of removing legacy systems and processes from the industry is the ability to create a commercially driven community with common objectives.  The DAO model addresses this challenge head on benefiting all travel stakeholders collectively, from airlines, travel sellers, hotels, transport, and more. Our focus is airlines & travel sellers, but understand that all must collaboratively work together for true transformation. 

LIMEN DAO will empower Customers to self service by being in complete control of an integrated experience and as such Customer support costs will decrease dramatically. In addition, LIMEN DAO will remove the need to advertise with Web2 organizations. Customers will have the required info at their fingertips to construct offers modularly.  With the establishment of Web3 and SSI the advertising model will change dramatically and will be directly linked to reward tokens. Finally, decentralized finance and Crypto currencies are designed to virtually eliminate payment costs using the same technology that will enable LIMEN DAO to make Travel exponentially more efficient
